Klövern is developing properties in Manhattan.

New York, 1245 Broadway

1245 Broadway is an ongoing project for a 23-story office building with high floor to ceiling window sections. The use of natural light, modern fixtures and fittings and minimalist design will create a clear feeling of Nordic design. The aim is to obtain LEED Silver environmental certification. The lettable area will amount to around 16,700 sq.m. and the project which is taking place in collaboration with the locally based real estate developer GDSNY, is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2021.

New York, 28&7

28&7 is an ongoing project for a 12-story office building at 322–326 7th Avenue, which is at the corner of 28th Street. The total lettable area will be around 7,800 sq.m. The aim is to obtain LEED Silver environmental certification and the building is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2022.

New York, 118 10th avenue

In 2019, Klövern acquired a site leasehold at 118 10th Avenue. The property is located between 17th Street and 18th Street, close to The High Line. The aim is to develop a 10-story LEED Silver- certified office building of around 12,200 sq.m. with the preliminary construction start in 2021. The property is close to the two project properties in Manhattan which were acquired during 2018, which is expected to have a positive effect on development and letting.
