Our urban development work is based on Klövern’s existing property portfolio at the respective location, the properties are refined and complemented with new building in order to create attractive and sustainable environments for enterprises, individuals and society.

The City of Stockholm has identified Kista as a focus area for development. We have also done this at Klövern.
The Slakthus area is being developed together with the events area into an internationally attractive destination.
Our urban development in Västerås includes the areas City, Mälarporten, Kopparlunden and Öster Mälarstrand.
All projects are taking place in collaboration with the real estate developer GDSNY with the aim of environmental certification of the buildings.
Örebro Entré is part of the municipality’s Pulsådern Örebro investment and will offer offices, a hotel, a restaurant and gym, among other facilities.
