Klövern has in two separate transactions signed contracts to acquire two properties in Gothenburg and Malmö for a total underlying property value of SEK 138 million.
The property in Gothenburg, Härryda Solsten 1:117, which is acquired for an underlying property value of SEK 106 million has a lettable area of 7,015 sq.m. and is fully let. The largest tenant is Lexit Group. The average remaining contract period amounts to 7 years with an annual contract value of SEK 7 million. Transfer of possession is today, 1 June 2021.
In Malmö, a contract has been signed to acquire a property with a strategic location in the area Bulltofta for an underlying property value of SEK 32 million. The property, Malmö Flygbasen 2, has a lettable are of 1,871 sq.m. and is fully let. Transfer of possession is planned to be on 1 July 2021.
