How do I make a Service notification?
You can make your Service notification here on our website. At the top of each page or in menu to the left you will find a button named Service Application. Click on it and fill out the form. It will be sent directly to the appropriate technician who takes care of the matter.
I received an error message when I tried to make a Service Notification, why is that?
Unfortunately, this can occur for a variety of reasons.You can always send an email to email@example.com and describe your problem, we ensure that your Service Notification reaches the right person and that the fault will be resolved as soon as possible. For personal help, call +46 10-482 70 00.
How do I sign an electricity contract?
To sign an electricity contract, you need the ID number for the premises you rent. Please contact your real estate manager who provides you the ID number. Thereafter you can contact the electricity company you have selected to sign an electricity contract.
Are there broadband access in the premises?
In most office premises there are broadband access retracted.
Where are the the point of connection for broadband in my new premises?
Please contact your real estate manager for that information.
Can I get more keys to the premises?
It is the tenant's responsibility to arrange their own cylinder to the entrance door as well as ordering the keys.
Can I put up a sign on the facade?
Please contact your property manager for the possibilities of putting a sign up on the facade.
