Klövern’s personnel makes the customer’s day easier every day. A good contact with tenants shall be achieved through closeness and commitment as well as being on hand at all prioritized locations with our own personnel.
Klövern concentrates on commercial premises with a mix of private and listed companies and public sector entities as tenants. The company is represented by its own personnel at 16 business units. Having our own personnel, who are physically present where the tenant is located, guarantees swift service and good knowledge of the market.
The motto – making the customer’s day easier every day – is firmly anchored in the company. Making easier means, of course, doing one’s best to solve the problems that crop up, but also being proactive, being a step ahead.
This approach to providing premises, with closeness and commitment, as well as an endeavour to meet the needs of the customer and not only sell a finished product, provides a good description of how Klövern works. The focus is on the customer.
We work continuously to increase customer satisfaction and to ensure that we make the customer’s day easier every day.
In the latest survey conducted at the end of 2017, Klövern received 69 (77) which is relatively good, but a bit below Klövern's goal of at least 75.
