The executive management is subject to a programme of variable salary based on predetermined and measurable criteria promoting a long-term value for the company.
The CEO does not have a performance-based salary. For other senior executives the variable salary may amount to at most equivalent of three basic salaries. The board of directors is entitled to depart from the guidelines if there are special reasons for doing so in particular cases.
Klövern´s profit-sharing foundation comprises all employees that have been employed during a specific period. The transfer to the foundation is based on a combination of Klövern´s profit, required yield and dividend to the shareholders. The allocated amount can, at the maximum, be one index-linked base amount per employee and year.
