The purchaser AREIM Fund 1 will take possession of the property on January 15, 2008. Klövern's share of the land leasehold Färöarna consists of just over 20,000 sq.m. of office space. Klövern's property portfolio in Kista consists of 22 properties totalling around 240,000 sq.m. after the sale.
"The sale of our 50 per cent share of Färöarna 3 means that all our properties are wholly-owned", says Klövern's CEO Gustaf Hermelin.
The sale is conditional of an acceptance of the transaction in the Board of SEB Trygg Liv (owner of the other 50 per cent share of the property) at December 10 2007, at the latest.
