Specification of properties

Klövern has approximately 250 properties located in ten Swedish cities; Borås, Karlstad, Kista, Linköping, Norrköping, Nyköping, Täby, Uppsala, Västerås och Örebro. The properties had a total lettable area of 1,500,000 and the value was SEK 13,5 billion at year- end 2010.

Klövern concentrates on commercial premises with a mix for of private, listed and public sector companies. The properties consist of offices, industrial-, warehouse, health care and educaton premises. The rental value, i.e. the rental income if all premises were rented, amounted to approximately
SEK 1.5 billion at year- end 2010.
