Uppsala Business Park

Uppsala Business Park, the property Fyrislund 6:6, has a strong position in Life Science, bio-tech manufacturing and research, and there is continuing interest in establishment in the park with major lettings.

The property had an occupancy rate of 50 per cent at the time of taking possession in May 2006. The then tenant Pfizer was to vacate the property by the end of 2009. At present, including let space where the tenant has not yet moved in, the occupancy rate is around 75 per cent.

The major lettings include the pharmaceutical manufacturer Kemwell with phased moving-in from July 2010 onwards, SweTreeTechnologies with phased moving-in from December 2010.
