The municipality of Norrköping has adopted a new structure plan for the area around the travel interchange in Norrköping. Klövern has submitted a request for an amendment to the local plan to enable construction of additional office space adjacent to the property, Stjärnan 15 & 16.

The property has been refurbished for new tenants. One of the lower floors is refurbished as additional serviced office space for tenants desiring a location close to the travel interchange.

Klövern has previously customised premises for, among other tenants, Thea Tandhälsa, the joint wage administration of the municipalities of Linköping and Norrköping and SWECO Sverige AB, the out-of-hours duty office and reception facilities of Östergötland County Council and Marieborg Folk High School.

The building has been completely refurbished with new ventilation and cooling recovery. The plumbing has been replaced. The staircases have been renovated and equipped with occupancy and sound-controlled low-energy lamps. A recycling room has been provided at the building for full sorting of waste. An outdoor sitting area and new cycle stands have been constructed in the courtyard.
