Properties & projects

Klövern has around 388 properties. The properties have a total lettable area of almost 2,527,000 sq.m. and the value amounted to approximately SEK 22,7 billion at the end of March 2013.

Klövern’s base product is, of course, the premises. The company concentrates on commercial premises within Business and Science Parks, small enterprise parks and city properties.The rental value, i.e. the rental income if all premises were fully let, totals around SEK 2.5 billion.
