Properties & projects

Klövern has around 250 properties located in ten Swedish cities: Borås, Karlstad, Kista, Linköping, Norrköping, Nyköping, Täby, Uppsala, Västerås and Örebro. The properties have a total lettable area of almost 1,500,000 sq.m. and the value amounted to approximately SEK 13.5 billion at year- end 2010.

The properties contain office space, industrial, warehousing, health care and educational premises as well as retail outlets. The rental value, i.e. the rental income if all premises were fully let, totals around SEK 1.5 billion.

Project properties are part of the property portfolio and now account for an increasingly large part of Klövern’s business activity. During 2010, major projects have been in process at, among other locations, the property Isafjord 1 in Kista where 27,000 sq.m. of new space is being built and 9,000 sq.m. of existing space refurbished for offices and experience centre. An older property in the industrial landscape is being refurbished at the property Kopparhammaren 7 in Norrköping, which will house the municipality’s cinema Cnema, among other tenants.
