Properties & projects

Klövern has approximately 220 properties located in ten
Swedish cities; Borås, Karlstad, Kista, Linköping, Norrköping,
Nyköping, Täby, Uppsala, Västerås och Örebro. The properties
has a total lettable area of nearly 1,400 sq.m. and the value is
approximately SEK 12 billion.

The properties consist of offices, industrial-, warehouse, health
care and educaton premises. The rental value, i.e. the rental income
if all premises were rented, amounts to approximately SEK 1.4 billion.

Project properties is a part of the property portfolio. Projects
have come to comprise a contiously bigger part of Klöverns business.
During 2008 and 2009 har among others Kistamässan been
completed and Ericsson head office in Kista been renovated

Klövern strives for a net growth through acquisition, improvemment 
and new construction of at least SEK 1 billion per year. 
In the long run, Klövern strives for a duplication of the portfolio.
