Sweden Green Building Council

In May 2011, Klövern became a member of the Sweden Green Building Council (SGBC). SGBC is a not-for-profit association owned by its members, which is open to all businesses and organizations in the Swedish construction and real estate sector, which want to develop and influence environmental and sustainability work in the industry.

SGBC has created a common platform of values on which basis members can work for a faster development with the aid of a common system of certification, focusing on Swedish needs and values.

Members are expected to contribute to proactively develop the interest of the public and tenants for sustainable planning, design, construction and management. Together the members can then influence decision-makers to encourage sustainable buildings and contribute to networking and partnership
