Growth and economy

• Klövern should have a net growth through acquisition, improvement and new construction of at least SEK 1 billion per year and in the long term a property valve of at least SEK 25 billion.
• Return on equity shall amount to at least the risk-free rate plus nine percentage points.
• The equity ratio shall be in the interval 25 to 35 per cent.
• The interest coverage ratio shall be at least 1.5 multiples.
• The dividend shall exceed 50 per cent of the profit from property management in the long term.

Goals of the property business

• The operating margin in a comparable portfolio should increase by one percentage point annually.
• Heat consumption shall be reduced by 20 per cent for the period 2008-2012.
• The tenant turnover rate shall be at most seven per cent per year.
